Grand Avenue, south side, between 79th Street and the New York Connecting Railroad. Eugene L. Armbruster states this house was erected in 1890 by Christian Homeyer who sold it to the Brooklyn Union Gas Co. in 1915. However it has been the home of C. Ulrick in May 1890.
