Hollis Ave. (paved), at the N.E. corner of 195th Street, showing in a set of three views the Francis Lott house. This house was occupied by the aforementioned from 1860 to 1896. His son-in-law Ely Ketcham was a subsequent owner. At one time the Hollis Field Club occupied it. These views show the house when it was owned by the Participating Realty Company.
