(1) Northern Boulevard, north side, west of 61st Street, showing in the background a peaked roof building which was formerly the Charlotteville Hotel which was operated by A. Dandler in 1873. This hotel was erected in 1868 and operated by A. Dandler and August H. Eberhart (the son-in-law) until 1873. Eberhart conducted it alone as a hotel from 1873 to 1896. It was still standing in 1929.
