Springfield Boulevard, east side, between One Hundred Fifteenth and One Hundred Sixteenth Aves. This location is approximate. In 1925 it would be Springfield Boulevard, east side, about 1,080 feet south of Springfield Ave. (now Colfax Street). The N. Kromenacher farmhouse, shown in this set of two views has been occupied by members of the family from 1873 to 1907.
