Winchester Boulevard, west side, south of Douglaston parkway, showing an old dwelling in the woods, the property of W.C. Buhrman in 1891 and 1909. A.C. Hyatt owned the property in 1873. Winchester Boulevard is the former Alley Road, an improved country road. P.L. Sperr June 6, 1927
