2740 Arthur Kill Road, south side, between Bloomingdale Road and Chemical Lane. This house is located on the Dixon estate (1917 to 1898). It was earlier (1874) the G. Van Schoyck house. P. L. Sperr states that it is the P. Hansen residence. The dates refer to maps upon which the owners' names appear. May 30, 1932 P. L. Sperr
