107 Forest Avenue (formerly Washington Avenue), north side, 100 feet east of Simonson Avenue, showing an old stone house; the rear of the house is wooden. The dwelling belonged to Captain A. Simonson in 1874 (Beers's map). Succeeding maps from 1898 to 1917 show it to have been on the estate of Mary Morrison. P. L. Sperr February 1925
