Mason Ave. (10th Street), at the S.W. corner of Lincoln Ave. P. L. Sperr states that it is the old John Vanderbilt House which later passed to Barnes and then to James Graham. Still later it became the John F. Riordan home. July 12, 1929. P. L. Sperr.
