3603 and 3599 Richmond Terrace, north side, between Catharine Street and Linfield Avenue. No. 3603 is an old brick-lined house. It belonged to J.W. Anderson (1874 and 1898 maps). No. 3599 is a Decker house. September 25, 1931 P. L. Sperr
