3858 Victory Boulevard, east side, at Ridgeway Avenue (north of Cannon Avenue). According to James Butler's map of 1853 the house was owned by W. Alsten. In 1874 (Beers's map) it was owned by J. F. H. King; from 1898 to 1907 by Mrs. C. F. Sanderson; and in 1917 by Wm. Eith. May 19, 1932 P. L. Sperr (2) Another view of the house and a two-story barn. May 19, 1932 P. L. Sperr
