(1) Fifth Ave., (left) west side, south from and including West 54th to West 53rd Streets, showing two private residences bearing Nos. 684 and 680, and St. Thomas Church (P.E.). No. 680 (adjoining the church) is the residence of Dr. W. Seward Webb.
