Manhattan: Lexington Avenue - 22nd Street (East)

11 to 15 Lexington Avenue, at, adjoining and north of the S.E. corner of E. 22nd Street (right), showing the former houses of Lucy W. Hewitt, A.S. Hewitt and Amy H. Green respectively. From 1926 to 1932 inclusive, the following were the owners: The Manhattan Trade School for Girls, Amy H. Green and Erskine Hewitt. In 1933 the Trade School title was transferred to the Frank Work Memorial. From 1934 to the date of demolition (Fall of 1938) ownership was registered as: The New York Association for the Improvement of the Condition of the Poor, Christopher H. Wyatt and the American Society for Psychic Research. To the left of the latter is the new building of the College of the City of New York. The Childrens Court on E. 22nd Street will erect an annex to fill the site between same and the latter feature. February 4, 1938 P.L. Sperr
