East 22nd Street, at, adjoining and east of the N.E. corner of Lexington Ave., showing the Childrens [sic] Court, Nos. 137-139, adjoining corner structure, No. 11 Lexington Ave. The latter with the two adjoining structures, Nos. 13 and 15 (not shown) will be demolished and the site utilized for expansion of the Court.
