Flushing Creek [Flushing River] - Queens - [Northern Boulevard Bridge.]

Flushing River (Queens): An early view of the river, also known as Flushing Creek, when it still had a rural aspect. View 2 is north from Roosevelt Avenue across the Whitestone spur bridge of the Long Island Railroad and the Northern Boulevard vehicular bridge(twin stone anchorages). An old roadside hotel can be seen at the left end of the bridge.. View 3 shows the east bank of the river, looking south toward the Northern Boulevard Bridge.
