Queens: Flushing Meadow Park - [Roosevelt Avenue - Flushing Bay.]

Flushing Meadow Park (Queens): Three views in a southeasterly direction across the north end of the park lying between Roosevelt Avenue and Flushing Bay. This area is being constructed into large automobile parking spaces for visitors to the New York World's Fair 1939-40. In the background is the I. R. T. and B. M. T. subway "El" on Roosevelt Avenue; in the foreground is Grand Central Parkway (view 2) and on the extreme left (view 3) is Northern Boulevard and Flushing Bay. In the distant background is Flushing.
