Manhattan: Washington Street - Desbrosses Street
442-454 Washington Street, west side, north from Debrosses to and including Watts Streets. March 6, 1929. P. L. Sperr. All of these buildings will be demolished in 1938 and in April 1939 a one and one-half story garage and office will be erected at the foreground corner (Washington and Desbrosses Streets, N.W.) This will occupy the sites of No's 442-448. The balance of this frontage will remain vacant.
