449 to 445 Washington Street, east side, between Watts and Desbrosses Streets, as seen through a vacant lot at the S.W. corner of Watts Street. The latter has recently been cleared and was the site of three buildings, numbered 454 to 450 Washington Street. August 3, 1937. P. L. Sperr.
