Manhattan: Washington Street - Watts Street

(1) Washington Street, west side, north from and including Watts Street and showing an empty lot at the S.W. corner of same; formerly the site of Nos. 450 to 454. Across this appears a new 1-story freight station of the Erie Railroad. The latter is at the N.W. corner; a vacant lot in 1922. August 3, 1937. P. L. Sperr.
