Manhattan: Broadway - 25th Street
Broadway, east side, between 25th and 26th Streets, the excavation where No. 1132 (210 Fifth Avenue) stood. The 12-story Cross Chambers Building, going through to Fifth Avenue, will be constructed on this site. To the left is shown the rear of Cafe Martin, occupied by Delmonico's up to about 1900, which will give way in 1912 to an office building.
