Manhattan: Broad Street - Exchange Place

(1) 23 to 1 Broad Street, east side, north from Exchange Place (right) to Wall Street, showing the lower stories of the 38 story Equitable Building, No. 11-23, at the N.E. corner of Exchange Place. The low structure adjacent to same is the J. P. Morgan & Co. Building and bears No. 1-9. The latter is at the S.E. corner of Wall Street. Partially shown on the extreme right is the 21 story Broad Exchange Building, No. 25-33, at the S.E. corner of Exchange Place. P. L. Sperr. September 16, 1931.
