(1) 41st Street, north side, west from, but not including,Broadway. The clearing in the foreground was left by the demolition of the Broadway Theatre. On the S. W. corner of Seventh Avenue stands the Cowan Building, built around 1924. March 18,1929. P. L. Sperr.
