Washington Street, east side, north from Perry (right) to West 11th Streets, showing a demolition at the N.E. corner of Perry Street that will provide a site for a 1-story garage. The four story houses adjoining the clearance on the left will be included in this project. Appearing on the right are Nos. 143 and 141 Perry Street. They will remain. August 3, 1937. P. L. Sperr.
