59 Wall Street (The Wall and Hanover (Brown Bros.) Building): Hanover Street, east side, from Wall to Beaver Streets (general view southeastward). This triangular area, Coenties Slip, extends eastward from Pearl Street to its base at South Street and has Jeannette Park and the "El" loop therein. The former occupies the easterly portion and the latter the apex. To the left is the East River merging into the Upper Bay at Governor's Island which appears in the distance.
