Manhattan: Park Avenue - 39th Street (East)

(1) Park Ave., east side, north from East 39th to 40th Streets. Shown at the N.E. corner is a country home, erected for demonstration purposes. Buildings standing at the S.E. corner of 40th Street, are Nos. 93-99 inclusive. No. 99-97 (at and adjoining the corner), is the Nurses Club; March 22, 1935. P. L. Sperr. On completion of same they will move from their present quarters at the N.E. corner of Madison Ave. and East 25th Street. The Henry Street Visiting Nurse Service have purchased the former Wm. Goadby Loew residence at the S.W. corner of Madison Ave. and East 39th Street and will shortly move their executive offices there after remodeling to meet their needs.
