Richmond: Hylan Boulevard - Satterlee Street

(1) Hylan Boulevard, north side, between Satterlee Street and Wards Point Avenue, showing the Billop House, or "Conference House." In this house was held the famous conference between a committee representing the Continental Congress, consisting of Benjamin Franklin, John Adams, and Edward Rutledge and Admiral Lord Howe.
