Manhattan: Park Row - Broadway

Park Row, south from the Brooklyn Bridge, to and including Broadway. The view shows in the foreground, the new (then) pedestrian approach to the Brooklyn Bridge Station of the Second and Third Aves., Elevated. Adjoining same is the Pulitzer Building, with the spire of the Tribune Building overshadowing the Times Building, on the right. In the distant background, at the southern extremity of Park Row, at Broadway, is observed St. Paul's Protestant Episcopal Chapel. Directly on the right, is the Hall of Records, built as a City Jail about 1775. About 1880.
