Manhattan: 7th Avenue - 34th Street (West)

441 to 461 Seventh Ave., east side, north from West 34th (right) to 35th (left) Streets, showing a 16-story structure under demolition. Upon this site and in conjunction with the 4-story corner structure shown, R. H. Macy and Co., erected a 19-story building, there by occupying the entire block with the exclusion of two small corners; one of which would be on the left. Other buildings of this huge retail enterprise appear on the right; they, forming the north side of West 34th Street, from Seventh Ave., to Broadway. This set consists of a negative and a positive.
