Striking Cloak and Suit Makers lined up before office of Joint Board, Cloak & Suit Makers' Union 34 E. 21st Street to draw their allowances of $2.00 each. The line, four deep, reached down to 4th Ave., and around the corner to 20th St. About $80,000 is paid (to) strikers each week by the Board 1916
