11th Avenue, from W. 23rd (right) to 24th (left) Streets, as viewed eastward across the cleared westerly side of same and showing buildings that front on the easterly side. The cleared area is the former New York Railway Company yard site. The building bearing the Spears sign, is on the south side of W. 23rd Street midway between 10th and 11th Avenues.
