Manhattan: 13th Street - 7th Avenue

(1) 13th Street, west from and including Seventh Avenue, showing the clearing on the N.W. corner where the new Metropolitan Temple (Methodist Episcopal) is about to be erected. See earlier views of Seventh Avenue for the house which used to stand on this corner. P. L. Sperr. May 28, 1931. (2) A view mainly of the South side. Also shown are Nos. 40, 38 and 36 Seventh Ave., at, adjoining and south of the S.W. corner of 13th Street. The buildings are a portion of the famous Rhinelander Flats.
