Manhattan: Broadway - Whitehall Street

(1) Bowling Green: A park situated between Broadway (left) and Whitehall Street (right). The view is north from in front of buildings known at this date, as Steamship Row (Nos. 1 to 7 Bowling Green). To-day in 1937, they form the northern side of the Custom House. Intersection shown on the right, is Beaver Street, of which the S.E. corner (present site of the Produce Exchange) is clearly depicted. 1874. New York Edison Company.
