Manhattan: 5th Avenue - 24th Street

Fifth Avenue and Broadway, north from W. 24th Street. These two thoroughfares cross each other at 23rd Street and all buildings fronting on this open area acquire Fifth Avenue numbers, though technically they are on Broadway. North of 25th Street (above the Worth Monument) Broadway resumes its identity. Buildings on the right, face on to the normal building line of Fifth Avenue and extend from 25th to 26th Street. At the left is the Albemarle Hotel, adjoining the 2 larger units of the famous Hoffman House. Brown Brothers 1907
