Manhattan: 1st Ave. - 34th St. E.

First Avenue, east side, north from E. 34th to 35th Streets. Thru the center appears the New York Steam Co. plant on E. 35th Street between the Avenue and the East River. On the right are tenements on 34th Street, east of First Avenue. Note the bus there. This replaced the former cross town trolley cars.
