Manhattan: 5th Avenue - 23rd Street

"Liberty Bank" in Madison Square, New York. The structure is a miniature of the U.S. Sub-Treasury Building on Wall Street, and was erected by the Woman's Committee as a place to sell Liberty Loan Bonds. The speaker is Mr. Job Hedges. 1917 Paul Thompson, photographer.
