Manhattan: Park Avenue - 35th Street

Park Avenue, east side, at 35th Street, showing the two apartment houses on the S.E. corner built from 1923 to 1926, and the old Ro56 mansion on the N.E. corner, which has housed the Advertising Club since late 1922. In the foreground may be seen the excavation left by the Community Church at the N.W. corner of 34th Street, and on the horizon the new Daily News Building on 42nd Street east of Third Avenue.
