Manhattan: Varick Street - Houston Street

207 to 225 Varick Street, west side, from Houston (formerly Hammersley Street) to Clarkson Streets. All of these old houses, except Nos. 223, 225, the two at the Clarkson Street end of the block, are frame buildings faced with brick. They are shortly to be demolished to make room for the Maltz Building. June, 1925.
