Manhattan: 2nd Ave. - 10th St.

Second avenue, east side, north from and including 10th Street, showing the old five-story Stuyvesant and the new buildings occupying the site of the Baptist Mission Society, the Second Avenue Baptist Church, and the New York Historical Society; the latter formerly stood on the S.E. corner of 11th Street directly in the path of Stuyvesant Street. The site is now occupied by an apartment building called the Peter Stuyvesant. June 25, 1934. P.L. Sperr.
