Manhattan: Spring Street - Hudson Street

296-298-300 Spring Street, adjoining the S.W. corner of Hudson Street. Tunnel digging is going on under Spring Street, and the water main has just been brought out into the open. The first of these houses is a little two-story frame building, with only a facing of brick. It and No. 298, the middle one, will be torn down in three or four years and replaced by a one-story brick store. Late September, 1923.
