Manhattan: Spring Street - Renwick Street
Spring Street, south side, from Renwick to Hudson Streets. Nos. 306-304, 302 Spring Street, at and adjoining the Renwick Street corner, are frame houses with brick facing, and a brick wall on the Renwick Street side. No. 300, with the single dormer window, is solid brick; there were two more like it, one of frame, where the one-story store (after 1923) now stands. 1932. J.
