Manhattan: Spring Street - MacDougal Street
Spring Street, east from Macdougal Street, showing part of the old frame house at the corner, No. 219 Spring Street, which will be demolished next year when Sixth Avenue Extension is cut through. The bend in Spring Street at this point marks the junction of the original Spring Street, on which we are looking east, with the western section, which was originally laid out as Brannon Street, but given to Spring Street before 1811. 1926.
