Manhattan: Spring Street - MacDougal Street

233-237, 239-241, 243, 245 Spring Street, north side, adjoining and west of the Butterick Building at the N.W. corner of Macdougal Street (future N.W. corner of Sixth Avenue). These old houses will all be demolished in the winter 1925-26 to make room for the new Vivadon Building. With the exception of the 239 half of No. 239-241, they are all frame houses faced with brick. 1922. Eugene L. Armbruster Collection.
