Sixth Avenue, east side, north from Washington Place to Waverly Place showing this frontage cleared. Subway construction necessitated same. Views 1 and 2 are similar, while No. 3 is from a point of vantage slightly to the north. Outstanding here is the 9 story apartment house, the Van Voorst. This bears No. 125 Waverly Place.
