Manhattan: West Street - Spring Street

West Street, west side, from Spring to Charlton Streets (Piers 36-37, N.R.), showing city officials, led by Borough President Julius Miller, making an inspection trip up the first section of the West Side Elevated Highway from the southern end. The first section extends from Canal Street (actually from the western end of Spring Street) to 23rd Street.
