Prince Street, at the S.E. corner of 37th Avenue, viewing toward the latter and showing old homes. The corner house was owned, in 1873, by one having the initials P.F.(probably P. Fogarty), according to Beers's 1873 map. P. L. Sperr June 28, 1940
