Manhattan: Irving Place - 17th Street

(1) Irving Place, east side, from 54 Irving Place, just north of 17th Street, to the S.E. corner of 19th Street. The former Huyler Confectionery Works are shown at and adjoining the S.W. corner of 18th Street. The building first occupied by this company in this location was the corner house (1885 or a little earlier). The sign on 54 Irving Place, at the extreme right, is that of a Consumers' Co-operative Cafeteria. July 3, 1928. P. L. Sperr.
