Manhattan: Gramercy Park South - Irving Place
20 to 23 Gramercy Park South (left), at, adjoining and east of the S.E. corner of Irving Place. No. 20, the corner house, is the former residence of Hamilton Fish, one time U.S. Secretary of State, and No. 21, that of John Bigelow, former U.S. Minister to France and joint editor with Bryant of the New York Post. Also shown (right) is Irving Place, at, adjoining and south of the S.E. corner of Gramercy Park South, showing a 3-story stable of the Fish mansion and contiguous to it Nos. 84 and 82. The Fish House, does not bear Irving Place numbers even though its entrance is upon same. March 1909. Brown Brothers.
