Madison Avenue (left, not seen) at the S. W. corner of East 101st Street, showing rural conditions. Data on the reverse side of this print is: Amsterdam Avenue and 100th Street, September 21, 1894. A companion view to this was published in the N. Y. Sun of February 11, 1929 as No. 122 in their series titled "Old N. Y. in Pictures". Mr. Hoffman of the N. Y. H.
