Manhattan: Vandam Street - MacDougal Street

A close view of the front wall of 10 Vandam Street, south side, west of MacDougal Street, a three-story frame house faced with brick. Alterations are now being made while the lot which adjoins it on the right is being excavated for the foundations of the Butterick Building. This house will be demolished between 1922 and 1925. October 24, 1902. Wurts Brothers.
